Health Outreach

Our Health Outreach program is dedicated to improving access to reliable health information, preventive care, and community-based support for the Nepali diaspora. Through workshops, screenings, awareness campaigns, and partnerships with healthcare professionals, we address physical, mental, and emotional well-being in a culturally responsive manner. The program focuses on early prevention, education, and reducing barriers to care by meeting community members where they are. By fostering trust and promoting healthy practices, Health Outreach helps empower individuals and families to make informed decisions and build healthier, more resilient communities.

Sports Day

Our annual Sports Day is a community-focused event designed to promote physical activity, teamwork, and overall well-being within the Nepali diaspora. The event brings together individuals and families of all ages for a day of friendly competition, fitness, and connection through a variety of sports and recreational activities. Sports Day encourages healthy lifestyles, strengthens community bonds, and provides a welcoming space for participation regardless of skill level. By combining fun, inclusivity, and wellness, this event supports our broader mission of fostering healthier, more engaged, and connected communities.

Cultural Programs

Our Cultural Celebrations bring the Nepali diaspora together to honor traditions, strengthen community bonds, and celebrate our shared heritage. Events such as Dashain, Tihar, Nepali New Year, and Davis Picnic Day provide meaningful opportunities for families and individuals to connect through cultural rituals, music, food, and community activities. These gatherings help preserve traditions for future generations while fostering inclusivity, belonging, and cross-cultural understanding. By celebrating together, we promote cultural pride, community wellness, and a strong sense of identity within the Nepali community.
